Clinicians must follow both COVID -19 HIPPA Compliance and ethical standards, as well as have received training, in order to participate.
All clinicians can convert your appointment to a telehealth appointment via an online platform with a few easy steps.
There are a few steps to prepare for telehealth services listed below.
1. Sign the Informed Consent for Telehealth Services form
You will be emailed a consent. Please contact our recepiton by phone or email prior to your appointment. For new clients you will receive this with your initial appointment paperwork via secure email. Review, sign and submit at least 1 business day prior to your appointment in order to keep your appointment.
