Everyone deserves to wake up each morning positive, and with hope for the day. Having worked in a wide range of counseling settings, I am prepared to help you reach your goals.
Fear, lack of motivation, and low self-esteem can keep us from living a fulfilled life. Making the decision to seek professional help can be very difficult. One of the greatest signs of strength is being able to recognize that changes need to be made and that we need support to do so. I will offer guidance in identifying exactly what your needs are and recognizing how your thoughts and emotions are impacting you.

I will listen non-judgmentally as you learn more about yourself, while building coping skills to facilitate the change and growth you desire. My approaches are “person centered”, cognitive behavioral and creative art therapy, utilizing art for those who would rather express themselves non-verbally. If you are wanting to make changes in your relationships with others or expand socially, I can offer interpersonal therapy to help you reach those goals
In keeping up with the most current evidence-based practices for therapy, through readings, certifications, and attending workshops and conferences. It is important that I treat my clients while respecting the whole person that they are.
I am a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider through the Center for Credentialing and Education, inc. offering secure video sessions.
